Plato de origen Polaco hecho de huevos esponjoso con almibar Canadience..... Igual como la pereja que los preparo.
1.Separate yolks from egg whites
2.Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites
3. Wisk egg whites until fluffy as if you were making meregues. Easier with electric mixer
4. Add sifted flour to the egg whites
4. Stir the yolks
5. Add yolks to the mix
6. Mix well
7. Preheat a frying pan
8. Butter the frying pan
9.Pour mix into the frying pan
10 Turn when ready in one side
11. Place in plate and add fruit and maple syrup
12. Enjoy
